Yes, the last blog entry was quite a while ago, unbelievable how fast 6 months go by. The main reason was of course the redesign of my website www.microartwork.com - which was a time consuming affair for inexperienced people like me. In addition the seasonal hustle and bustle in my job as a sideline radiologist was added.

But the momentum of the first enthusiasm is by no means lost, and our turret is already relatively detailed up to level 100.

The comparison with the real world already shows similarity with the original; should you be irritated by the color scheme, the NASA picture shows LUT 1 during its test with the mock up Saturn SA500F (also recognizable by the Marion logo on the crawler's cab), while our LUT shows the state of construction at the launch of Apollo 11.

The interior consists mainly of chaotically distributed boxes, as the conflagration at the start of the flight would make exposed equipment rather mercilessly fiery. Nevertheless, the cuboids reveal an amazing variety.
