The swing arm access platforms are fortunately much more structured.

Here is an example for Level 120. There is the tower landing on floor level, and the arm landing on the side of the swing arm. The level difference is then closed by a variable link.

I didn't have any construction plans for this platform, but I'm very sure I got it right, because the rules for the platforms are relatively easy to understand, and it's just a matter of being high enough to get past the diagonal column. And the space above the column I could derive quite well from photos.
